With over 7 years of experience teaching Physical Education in secondary schools and delivering gym instructing courses at the college level, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion for helping people reach their full potential. Holding a BSc in Sport & Exercise Therapy, an NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training, and a VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Sports Massage, I combine academic expertise with hands-on practice to provide a well-rounded approach to fitness and recovery.
